Nov 7, 2005 At the Gordon Best Theatre, 216 Hunter Street, W., 8:00pm Joe Davies Most notably, Joe Davies has been a line cook and a stay at home dad, which together account for him having spent far too much time not writing. His fiction has appeared in several magazines across Canada. He lives in Peterborough.Kait Dueck Has recently performed in "Twas a Rough Night: MacBeth, the Musical," Gorgeous Georgies and Max's Cabaret and can also be seen singing her heart out with The Kiss and Tells. She has been inspired to write something for the Cooked and Eaten audience, for which we are very fortunate.Janette Platana Janette Platana has been writing for a long time, but has only started writing short stories in the last few years. She will present "Three Stories About Stars", from a collection called Triptychs.Kelly Rose Kelly Rose is a highschool student at P.C.V.S. who's primary concerns are playing music and writing. Her poetry as placed third in This Magazine's Great Canadian Literary Hunt and first in the Elora Writer's Festival and She's currently working on finishing a recording with her band. |
